Andrew Thomas was born in Washington, D.C. and first practiced insurance defense law in Fairfax, Virginia before joining the firm in 1996. He has been a general partner since 1999, focusing his practice on serious personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, litigation, and jury trials.
Andrew exclusively represents individuals against insurance companies and other corporate entities. He has litigated hundreds of injury cases throughout his career, both in Virginia state and federal courts.
