Richard Dulaney was born in Charlottesville, Virginia.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University and attended law school at the College of William and Mary. In law school, he was honored to serve as Managing Editor of the Law Review.  

Mr. Dulaney is a senior partner in the firm, having founded Dulaney, Lauer & Thomas in 1968.  Mr. Dulaney brings over 30 years of experience to the field of personal injury law, handling thousands of cases, both large and small, throughout his career.  He has established a reputation as a knowledgeable, aggressive, and ethical advocate on behalf of the injured in the state of Virginia.
