This case had a real twist. Our client, a 56 year old man, was hit head-on by a drunk driver who came across the double yellow line. At the last moment, both cars swerved back into the other lane where they hit. Because the impact actually occurrred in the drunk driver's lane, his insurance company tried to blame our client and deny responsibility.
