This was a tragic case occurring in Virginia, in which a 36 year old husband and father of 4 was killed in a truck collision.  We utilized economic experts to determine the tremendous economic loss to his family and litigated the case in state court.  Successful resolution of this case allowed the man's surviving wife and children to cover their future economic needs as they moved forward with their lives.
