In a serious intersection wreck (Hydraulic Road and Route 29) in Charlottesville, the primary question was who ran the red light.  The police officer first suspected that our client was in the wrong, but our investigation proved otherwise.  First, we discovered that this intersection featured a "red light camera", and that our client didn't trigger it.  This indicated that she had the green light.  Secondly, we found several collision witnesses who corroborated that our client in fact had the green.  She suffered a serious arm fracture requiring surgical hardware placement.  Based on the evidence that we found after the police had concluded our client was at fault, we settled the case for $350,000 at mediation.
